1) Enrollment

  1. To join the Program, you must complete our affiliate application.
  2. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
  3. Eligibility:
    • You must be of legal age in your country of residence.
    • Only individuals or entities engaged in commercial activity may participate.
    • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with all commercial, tax, and business laws applicable in your home country.

2) Affiliate responsibilities

  1. You agree to:
    • Promote our products lawfully, honestly, and in good faith.
    • Avoid false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims (including income/earnings claims).
    • Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules (advertising, consumer protection, email marketing, privacy, and anti-spam rules).
    • Use only the tracking links and creatives provided or explicitly approved by us.
  2. Product accuracy (important):
    • You must describe the offer accurately. Our online guide is delivered via web-based access and includes lifetime access (no fixed expiration date), subject to our Terms.
    • You must not claim “guaranteed results” or “guaranteed refunds,” unless we have explicitly authorized such statements in writing.
    • You must not present yourself as the Company or as an official spokesperson.
  3. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
    • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive marketing.
    • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, clickjacking, or any attempt to manipulate tracking.
    • Bidding on our brand name, trademarks, or confusingly similar terms in paid search without our written permission.
    • Impersonation, misleading domains/social accounts, or using our brand in a way that suggests you are the Company.
    • Publishing unauthorized coupons/discount codes, or advertising a different price/offer than what is shown on our official pages.
    • Reselling, “group buys,” sharing access, or distributing our content.

3) Required disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your “material connection” (that you may earn a commission) whenever you promote the Service using affiliate links or codes. The disclosure must be easy to notice, close to the link/endorsement, and not hidden in footers or behind “more” buttons.

Example disclosures (adapt to your language/platform):

4) Commissions

  1. You will earn a 10% commission on the net sales amount from customers who purchase through your unique affiliate link.
  2. “Net sales amount” means the amount we actually receive for the sale, excluding:
    • VAT/sales taxes and similar government charges,
    • refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions, and
    • any amounts reversed by the payment provider.
  3. Commissions are earned only on completed, paid, and non-refunded transactions.
  4. We may withhold or reverse commissions in the case of suspected fraud, prohibited promotion methods, or policy violations.

5) Payment

  1. Commission payments are calculated monthly and are paid once your confirmed balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $50 (USD).
  2. Payout timing: normally within 30 days after the end of the month in which the commission becomes confirmed. To account for refunds/chargebacks, we may apply a reasonable holding period before marking commissions as confirmed.
  3. Payments are made in USD via PayPal or bank transfer. If your payment provider converts currencies, conversion fees may apply. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.
  4. You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, and fees related to commission income.

6) Tracking

  1. Sales are tracked using cookies and/or unique referral links provided by the Company.
  2. Unless we state otherwise, attribution is generally “last-click” within a typical cookie window of 30 days. Tracking can be affected by user settings, cookie consent choices, ad blockers, device switching, or technical issues.
  3. We are not liable for tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, cookie consent, or other technical issues beyond our control.

7) Term & termination

  1. Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
  2. If you breach these Terms, your participation may be terminated immediately, and unpaid commissions may be withheld or forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Upon termination, you must promptly remove our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials from your channels and stop using affiliate links.

8) Intellectual property

  1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products under this Program.
  2. You may not modify our branding or create misleading variations.
  3. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

9) Affiliate warranties

By joining the Program, you represent and warrant that:

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program. Our total liability arising from the Program will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the preceding 3 months.

11) Compliance audit

We may request reasonable information to verify compliance with these Terms (for example, example posts/ads, traffic sources, or disclosure placement). Failure to provide information or continued non-compliance may result in termination.

12) Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency, or joint venture between you and the Company.

13) Changes to the Program

We may update these Terms or the Program from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, unless we state otherwise. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by German law. To the extent permitted by law, the courts at the Company’s registered office in Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to the Program.
