2) Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases of, and access to, Buziness.Digital’s online guide and related services (“Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Withdrawal Policy (each published on our website). If local mandatory consumer laws apply to you, they take precedence over conflicting parts of these Terms.
3) The product
We provide digital content in the form of an online guide (similar to an ebook) delivered via web-based access (login/account). No physical goods are shipped.
4) Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
5) Account and access
- You may need to create an account to access the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Account sharing/resale is not permitted unless we explicitly offer a multi-user plan.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse (e.g., sharing, fraud, scraping, or attempts to extract content).
6) Lifetime access and delivery
- Access is provided immediately after successful payment (or within a short technical processing time).
- You receive lifetime access starting on the day access is first granted.
- There is no fixed expiration date. However, access may end if you delete your account, if we terminate/suspend access for a breach of these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service.
7) Prices, taxes, and payment
- Prices shown at checkout are final prices.
- Where we are required to charge VAT/sales tax, it is included in the final price shown.
- Payments are processed via PayPal and/or Stripe (depending on your selection at checkout).
- Any currency conversion or extra fees charged by your bank/payment provider are your responsibility.
8) Immediate access consent (checkbox)
Because we provide access immediately, you must confirm a checkbox at checkout:
I request immediate access to the digital content. I understand I can’t cancel once access begins, except where required by law.
9) Cancellations, refunds, and statutory rights
- No change-of-mind cancellation once access begins. Since access is provided immediately after purchase, we do not offer voluntary cancellations or refunds for change of mind once access has started, except where required by applicable law.
- EU/EEA/UK consumers: If you have a statutory right of withdrawal, by requesting immediate access you expressly consent to immediate supply/performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once access begins, as permitted by applicable law.
- Mandatory rights remain: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, rights if the digital content is defective or not as described).

10) License and strict use restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the guide for your own personal use while your access remains active (lifetime access), subject to these Terms.
Not permitted: You may not (and may not allow others to) print, copy, paste, download, distribute, share, publish, republish, sell, resell, translate for resale, or otherwise extract the content (in whole or in part).
You may not use any manual or automated means (including bots, scrapers, browser extensions, scripts, or AI tools) to capture or extract content from the Service.
You may not remove copyright notices or bypass technical protection measures.
11) Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to Buziness.Digital. Except for the limited license in Section 10, no rights are granted to you.
12) Availability and updates
We aim to keep the Service available, but interruptions can occur (maintenance, security, technical issues). We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service and content over time.
13) Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate any law or third-party rights,
- attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Service,
- distribute malware,
- bypass access controls, or
- perform any restricted actions listed in Section 10.
14) Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms (including account sharing, fraud, or attempts to extract/distribute content).
- If access is terminated due to your breach, refunds are not provided unless required by law.
- We may use reasonable measures to detect misuse (e.g., unusual login patterns or excessive automated requests).
15) Disclaimer (information only)
The guide is provided for general informational purposes. You are responsible for how you use the information. We do not provide professional advice unless explicitly stated.
16) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit, loss of data).
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it (e.g., intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protections).
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Service or email where appropriate.
18) Governing law
These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules in your country may still apply.
19) Language
We may provide translations. If there is any conflict between versions, the English version prevails.
