Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20. October 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the affiliate program (the “Program”) offered by Buziness Digital (Nino Pischke, Lange Straße 14, 29451 Dannenberg / GERMANY) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Program runs through the Payhip affiliate network (the built-in affiliate feature of our checkout and delivery partner Payhip Limited, United Kingdom), which provides affiliate sign-up and account handling, link/cookie tracking, and monthly sales reports. Payhip is a service provider; it is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for our obligations under them. By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Enrollment

  1. To join the Program, you must complete our affiliate application through the Payhip affiliate sign-up for our store. By signing up, you also accept Payhip's own terms and privacy policy that apply to affiliate accounts, and you agree that Payhip processes your account and sales-tracking data for this purpose.
  2. We review every application and may approve or reject it at our sole discretion. You may promote the guide and earn commissions only once your application has been approved.
  3. Eligibility:
    • You must be of legal age in your country of residence.
    • Only individuals or entities engaged in commercial activity may participate.
    • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with all commercial, tax, and business laws applicable in your home country.

2) Affiliate responsibilities

  1. You agree to:
    • Promote our products lawfully, honestly, and in good faith.
    • Avoid false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims (including income/earnings claims).
    • Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules (advertising, consumer protection, email marketing, privacy, and anti-spam rules).
    • Use only the tracking links and creatives provided or explicitly approved by us.
  2. Product accuracy (important):
    • You must describe the offer accurately. Our online guide is hosted on Payhip, delivered via web-based access (not as a downloadable file), and includes lifetime access (access for as long as we operate the guide; it is not guaranteed if we discontinue the Service, cease business operations, or become insolvent), subject to our Terms.
    • You must not claim “guaranteed results” or “guaranteed refunds,” unless we have explicitly authorized such statements in writing.
    • You must not present yourself as the Company or as an official spokesperson.
  3. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
    • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive marketing.
    • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, clickjacking, or any attempt to manipulate tracking.
    • Bidding on our brand name, trademarks, or confusingly similar terms in paid search without our written permission.
    • Impersonation, misleading domains/social accounts, or using our brand in a way that suggests you are the Company.
    • Publishing unauthorized coupons/discount codes, or advertising a different price/offer than what is shown on our official pages.
    • Reselling, “group buys,” sharing access, or distributing our content.

3) Required disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your “material connection” (that you may earn a commission) whenever you promote the Service using affiliate links or codes. The disclosure must be easy to notice, close to the link/endorsement, and not hidden in footers or behind “more” buttons.

Example disclosures (adapt to your language/platform):

4) Commissions

  1. You will earn a 30% commission on the gross sales price of each sale made through your unique affiliate link.
  2. “Gross sales price” means the price the customer actually pays for the guide at checkout, including any taxes contained in that price, after deduction of discount codes and coupons. Taxes, payment fees, and platform fees are not deducted from this amount.
Example: the guide costs $39. If a customer uses the $10 discount code, the customer pays $29, and your commission is 30% of $29 = $8.70. Without a discount code, your commission is 30% of $39 = $11.70.
  3. Commissions are earned only on completed, paid, and non-refunded transactions. Refunded or canceled orders, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and amounts reversed by the payment provider do not earn a commission.
  4. We may withhold or reverse commissions in the case of suspected fraud, prohibited promotion methods, or policy violations.

5) Payment

  1. Commission payments are calculated monthly, based on the affiliate sales report generated by Payhip, and are paid once your confirmed balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $50 (USD).
  2. Payout timing: normally within 30 days after the end of the month in which the commission becomes confirmed. To account for refunds/chargebacks, we may apply a reasonable holding period before marking commissions as confirmed.
  3. Payhip does not automatically pay out affiliate commissions. We review Payhip's monthly affiliate sales report (which includes your PayPal email address and the commission earned) and pay confirmed commissions to you ourselves.
  4. Payments are made in USD (unless your payment currency is different) via PayPal or bank transfer. If your payment provider converts currencies, conversion fees may apply. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.
  5. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, and for any fees, related to your commission income. We do not withhold or remit taxes on your commission.

6) Tracking

  1. Sales are tracked using cookies and unique referral links generated through Payhip's built-in affiliate feature, not by our own systems.
  2. Unless we state otherwise, attribution is generally “last-click” within a typical cookie window of 30 days, as configured in our Payhip store settings. Tracking can be affected by user settings, cookie consent choices, ad blockers, device switching, or technical issues.
  3. We are not liable for tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, cookie consent, Payhip platform issues, or other technical issues beyond our control.

7) Term & termination

  1. Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
  2. If you breach these Terms, your participation may be terminated immediately, and unpaid commissions may be withheld or forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Upon termination, you must promptly remove our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials from your channels and stop using affiliate links.

8) Intellectual property

  1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products under this Program.
  2. You may not modify our branding or create misleading variations.
  3. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

9) Affiliate warranties

By joining the Program, you represent and warrant that:

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program. Our total liability arising from the Program will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the preceding 3 months.

11) Compliance audit

We may request reasonable information to verify compliance with these Terms (for example, example posts/ads, traffic sources, or disclosure placement). Failure to provide information or continued non-compliance may result in termination.

12) Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency, or joint venture between you and the Company.

13) Changes to the Program

We may update these Terms or the Program from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, unless we state otherwise. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by German law. To the extent permitted by law, the courts at the Company’s registered office in Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to the Program.
