This Refund & Withdrawal Policy explains when refunds, cancellations, and statutory withdrawal rights may apply to purchases of the Buziness.Digital online guide (digital content) delivered via web-based access. Access is provided immediately after payment and includes lifetime access.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to purchases of the Buziness.Digital online guide and related access (“Service”).

This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

We sell globally. If mandatory consumer protection laws apply to you, they override any conflicting parts of this Policy.

Because the Service is delivered immediately, we do not offer voluntary refunds or cancellations for “change of mind” once access has started, except where required by applicable law.

At checkout, we ask customers to confirm that (1) access begins immediately and (2) once access begins, the statutory right of withdrawal (where it exists for digital content) may be lost, as permitted by applicable law.

4) EU/EEA & UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from many online purchases within 14 days.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that withdrawal right can be lost once supply/performance begins if you (1) expressly request/consent to immediate supply and (2) acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once access begins.

On Buziness.Digital, access is typically provided immediately after payment. Where legally permitted, withdrawal is therefore not available once access begins, consistent with the checkout consent described above.

If you experience a technical access problem (for example, you paid but cannot access the Service), please contact us. We will work to restore access.
